The Water Hub is operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

The shortlist form collects what you type: what is wrong with your water, your ZIP code, your situation notes, your name and email. It exists to build and send your system shortlist. Cookieless aggregate analytics record how pages are used, with no personal identifier.

Legal basis and sharing

With your consent, given on the form, we share your enquiry with relevant water treatment companies so they can contact you about your water. That consent line names exactly who receives it. We do not sell enquiry data to list brokers or share it with anyone the consent line does not cover.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: contact@thewaterhub.org. We respond within one month.
